岗位职责：
负责生产环节质量异常的分析和处理：
1.组织对生产过程出现的质量异常问题进行分析和处理；
2.跟踪处理结果至闭环并进行确认效果；
3.负责主导制程不合格品评审会议的召开（制程来料/成品段不合格品），推动各业务部门落地整改。
负责产品生命周期质量管理工作及质量目标的分解与达成：
1.负责项目开发阶段质量策划工作，参与项目各阶段的质量管理，输出CP、SIP、GP12等文件，协同项目团队保证项目完成PPAP；
2.负责项目质量阀点、FMEA评审、工艺评审、PPAP审核等项目重大事项及节点评审；
3.负责项目开发中客户资料收集与识别，转化为内部要求与执行标准；
4.参与项目样件试制、试产、量产活动，保证质量策划的充分性与有效性，并根据运行情况对质量策划内容进行优化调整；
5.通过过程审核、产品审核、体系审核等活动识别项目存在的问题与风险，主导并跟踪问题的闭环和风险的降低；
6.负责主导项目质量目标的分解、策划、跟踪与达成，包括FTT、0KMPPM、客诉等重要指标；
7.负责主导影响项目质量目标未达成原因的分析与改善；
8.项目过程中客户的其它需求处理。
负责车间内部生产过程质量控制：
1.负责规范和编制产品的检验过程，持续不断更新、完善，确保正常生产；
2.负责组织IPQC完成每周、每月质量报告的输出及TOP问题改善动作的稽查。
负责过程质量数据收集、统计、分析工作：
1.定期收集IPQC等人员统计数据并进行分析是否异常；
2.对异常请况进行改进并巩固实施；
3.负责新进员工质量相关的培训、评价和考评工作。
负责过程质量改善工作：
1.对异常质量问题进行专项改善；
2.配合质量部门进行系统性改善；
3.主导内部质量专项检查活动的有序开展（如三按两遵守、标准三率等），推动生产制程持续改进。
基本素质要求：
大专及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子类、机械制造、管理类等相关专业优先。
专业素质要求：
1.熟悉产品开发、生产流程等；
2.具备较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力与执行力；
3.能熟练操作办公软件，工作积极主动、认真负责。
