负责数据库设计与优化，熟练运用 SQL 及相关数据库管理工具，确保数据的高效存储和访问；
配合团队开展代码评审和测试，解决系统在运行中遇到的各类技术问题；
持续改进后端性能，优化系统的响应时间和处理能力。
任职要求：
计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验；
精通 Java 编程语言，深入理解面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用的设计模式，能够编写高质量、易维护的代码。
熟悉Spring、Spring Boot等主流框架，熟悉分布式系统设计、微服务架构，有Spring Cloud、Dubbo等框架使用经验；
熟悉数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL等）设计和优化，具备良好的SQL编写及调优能力；
掌握多线程、并发编程、缓存等技术，对高并发、高可用系统有一定经验，了解Redis、RabbitMQ等中间件，具有缓存和消息队列的开发经验；
具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立进行模块设计和开发；
具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，有较强的责任心和学习能力。
有Android开发经验，了解Android原生应用开发者优先；
有电商平台或采购平台开发经验者优先。
