3. 精通效据库技术，掌握主流数据库（Mysql/DB2/Oracle），具备1年以上基于MySql、DB2或Oracle的应用开发经验；
4.具有较强的程序性能调优能力、丰富的软件工程知识、良好的编码规范及信息安全意识；
5. 具有核心模块设计经验、独立的技术文档编写能力，并能展示设计理念或设计样品；
6. 具备较强的沟通和问题处理能力。
