1、负责银行渠道业务(如账户管理、转账支付、理财投资、贷款申请等)的交互设计与视觉界面输出，确保流程符合金融监管要求且用户体验流畅；
2、深入理解业务需求与技术框架，将繁琐的线下/线上业务流程转化为高效的操作路径，降低用户认知负荷；
3、遵循设计规范，确保各渠道设计中视觉和交互层面具备品牌一致性与用户体验流畅性。
4、具备掌握UI设计转为前端代码的能力。

业务要求：
1、有银行从业或研发经验优先；
2、了解金融业务知识的优先；

工作强度：
根据项目紧急程度，每周2~3天加班，且有大小周。

任职要求：
1、1-3年UI/UE设计经验，有完整的项目落地:经验。有银行、互联网金融或大型金融机构的设计经验者优先；
2、精通Figma,Sketch、Axure 等工具，具备高保真原型制作能力。精通前端代码或有AI设计转代码经验;
3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，能在多方诉求中找到匹配平衡点；
4、具备良好的审美与细节把控力。
