工作职责
1、负责推动孵化器渠道建设、引流获客、合作模式探索、评价体系完善、积极获取业务机会并推进落地；
2、负责推动全行孵化器业务开展，根据需要完善业务模式，并修订和完善相关业务管理办法、操作流程等；
3、结合入孵企业不同发展阶段需求，设计并推动落地综合金融解决方案；
4、负责推进或承办分支行相关业务，协同分支行开展尽职调查、业务方案设计、条款谈判等工作；
5、策划并组织投融资对接会、创业辅导等活动，提升我行孵化器品牌影响力；
6、持续跟踪前沿科技、新兴产业动态及创新孵化模式，为我行孵化器策略和产品创新提供洞见；
7、负责对接高校、科研院所成果转化工作；
8、负责指导和分支行按频率开展孵化器相关业务贷后管理；
9、负责完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财务、法律、工商管理、理工科（复合背景优先）等相关专业;
2、具有3年及以上银行、风险投资(VC)/私募股权(PE)机构投资经理或其他金融机构工作经验或具有企业孵化器/加速器、产业园区运营核心岗位经验，深度参与企业孵化、资源对接和生态建设，有成功孵化案例者优先；
3、具备财务分析、投资研究、估值分析等专业基础，优先考虑具有国家技术转移专业人员证书、CPA、CFA、法律职业资格、保荐代表人资格等专业证书持有者以及对生物医药、集成电路、人工智能等行业有一定的经验，具有对接高校成果转化经验者；
4、具有较强的市场营销、谈判沟通、沟通表达能力，具备较好的团队协作意识。
