岗位职责：
1. 主导或核心参与公司安全产品的架构设计、开发和持续迭代优化工作，确保系统的高性能、高可用性和高扩展性。
2. 能独立完成复杂模块的设计与编码，解决项目中的关键技术难题和性能瓶颈。
3. 负责代码的审查、管理与版本控制，保障团队整体代码质量。
4. 参与制定技术方案和产品需求分析，编写高质量的设计文档。
5. 为团队内其他成员提供技术指导，推动团队技术水平的提升。
任职资格：
1. 计算机相关专业，5年以上软件开发工作经验。
2. 精通Java语言，深入理解JVM、并发编程、网络编程等核心知识；对分布式系统设计有深刻理解，熟悉缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等机制的实现。
3. 具备微服务架构实践经验，精通 Spring Boot 和 Spring Cloud 全家桶技术，包括但不限于 Nacos、Sentinel、Spring Cloud Gateway 等。
4. 对持久层技术有深入研究，精通 MyBatis & MyBatis Plus，并有丰富的SQL优化和数据库调优经验。
5. 熟悉 Linux 操作系统及常用命令，具备独立在服务器上部署、监控和排查问题的能力。
6. 具备强烈的责任心、优秀的团队协作和沟通能力，能主动推动项目进展。
7. 有防火墙、WAF、日志审计等安全产品研发经验者优先；同时具备 Golang 或 Python 开发者优先。
