工作职责:
1、根据产品配方和特性，参与检测标准和分析方法的制定与管理；
2、按照产品标准、检测流程、检测方法和实验仪器操作规程的要求，完成原料和成品的常规理化指标和稳定性指标的检测；
3、质量巡检，发现生产车间、物流仓库、质检部等与产品质量有关的问题，跟进相关部门的改进进度；
4、参与跟进相关质量事故、质量投诉调查分析以及改善计划制订和落实；
5、配合开展工厂质量审核工作，参与质量评审；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格:
1、一本及以上学历，化学类、化工与制药类、材料类等相关专业，2025届毕业生以及2026届可提前到岗实习的应届生；
2、要求掌握GC、液相、气相等常规理化指标的检测方法；
3、要求有较强的组织协调能力和推动力，思路清晰，责任心强，学习能力强，抗压能力好，有学生干部相关经历优先。
