职位描述：
1、负责组织编制，修订有关安全规章制度，并监督检查执行情况;
2、参与安全重大检查，组织日常安全检查，对查出的隐患制定防范措施，检查监督隐患整改工作的完成情况；
3、了解安全标准化体系文件的编制及更新;
4、推进落实安全规范操作流程，跟进安全制度实施;
5、对新入职的员工进行安全培训，提高人员安全防范意识和工作能力;
6、按照国家劳动保护、安全生产的方针、政策、法规和规定，全面落实"安全生产、预防为主、综合治理"的方针，认真做好劳动保护、重大安全隐患排查、消防整改、人员培训、应急管理、职业健康监护、环保监测等具体工作;
7、调查研究生产中的重大不安全因素，提出改进意见，参与审查安全技术措施、计划，并贯彻执行，负责整改闭环各环节查验;
8、做好安全知识培训宣传和点检管理提醒工作，参与有关建设安全组织设计和各种机械的安装、使用验收;
9、制订违章作业条例和控制违章作业，发现重大隐患时，当安全与进度发生矛盾时，必须把安全放在首位，有权要求暂停作业，及时向上级主管领导报告，并提出改进意见和措施。
任职要求：
1、安全、机电、化学、化工等本科及以上学历;
2、具备注册安全工程师资质优先;
3、熟悉国家各项安全法律法规，熟悉生产现场安全工作流程、安全操作规范和安全管理的程序，能够及时发现安全隐患并给予纠正;
4、3年以上相关生产安全管理经验;
5、熟练使用办公软件，能够独立完成安全体系资料;
6、熟悉现行国家相关安全法律法规;
7、能吃苦耐劳，工作细致、认真，具有一定的协调、组织和沟通能力，具有一定的语言表达能力，文字功底，较强的责任心及良好的团队协作意识。
