岗位职责
参与公司核心业务系统的需求分析、架构设计与开发实现，确保项目按时高质量交付。
负责 Java 相关模块的代码编写、单元测试及代码优化，保证代码的可读性、可维护性和高效性。
与产品、测试等团队紧密协作，梳理业务逻辑，解决项目开发过程中的技术难题。
参与技术调研与选型，引入先进的技术和框架，持续提升系统性能和开发效率。
编写相关的技术文档，包括设计文档、开发文档等。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 - 5 年 Java 开发经验。
扎实的 Java 基础，熟悉 JVM 原理、多线程、集合框架等基础知识。
熟练掌握 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等主流框架，并有实际项目应用经验。
熟悉 MySQL 等关系型数据库，掌握 SQL 语句优化技巧；了解 Redis 等 NoSQL 数据库者优先。
具备良好的面向对象设计思想和编程习惯，有一定的系统设计能力。
了解微服务架构相关技术，如服务注册与发现、配置中心、API 网关等者优先。
具有良好的沟通能力、团队协作精神和问题解决能力，对技术有浓厚的兴趣和钻研精神
