岗位职责：
1、建原理图PCB封装，元件布局，PCB布线检查并核对原理图和PCB一致性（连通性，合理性）；
2、按照项目进度的要求保质保量的完成PCB layout设计；
3、负责PCB投板并与板厂沟通，及时反馈PCB设计及PCB工艺问题。
4、与生产部良好协作沟通，及时跟进并处理PCB装配过程中遇到各种问题；
5、对EMI和EMC有较深的认识，能正确处理电路中的屏蔽、滤波、接地等问题；
6、组织PCB相关培训工作，提高PCB组各成员的业务能力；
7、公司PCB封装库的维护及管理工作以及PCB设计相关规范的编制。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，电子，通信等相关专业，从事layout工作5年及以上；
2、熟练使用PADS，Altium Designer，Cadence设计软件；
3、能够独立完成建库，布局、布线，gerber输出，工程确认；
4、熟悉高速、多层电路板设计，有EMC、EMI相关经验；
5、熟悉PCB制板生产工艺和SMT生产工艺。
