3. 根据公司要求提供产品技术支持，包括咨询解答、产品培训、现场支持等；根据客户需求，选用合适的产品完成应用方案设计、DEMO制作及测试报告；
4. 管理，推进与客户端Design-In，Design-Win的项目
5. 客户投诉处理与跟踪
6. 收集，整理，总结客户端主要的产品发展趋势，竞品分析，周期性的反馈给公司研发部门和市场部门
7. 日常工作报告处理
任职要求：
1. 电子及应用物理类相关专业，本科以上学历（含本科），优秀者大专学历也可
2. 3-5年以上电源类产品设计研发工作经验，两年或以上电源芯片FAE技术支持经验，熟悉AC/DC，DC/DC，无线充电等产品应用者优先；
3. 熟悉开关电源常见电路拓扑，具有较强的实际电子线路调试、EMC等指标整改能力
4. 模电基本知识扎实，对实际电路问题有不断改善与优化的精神与动力，良好的学习能力，能够快速掌握产品的应用
5. 熟练掌握Altium Designer PCB软件, 及熟悉常用Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint办公软件；
6. 良好的客户服务意识，能及时响应客户要求，帮助客户解决产品应用过程中发生的技术问题和提供现场支持；
7. 具备独立项目开展能力，优秀的团队合作精神及沟通交往能力；
8. 能承受一定的工作压力，接受经常出差；
