4．一年以上项目管理经验，具备较强的抗压能力和客户沟通技巧，能接受驻场工作；
5．具备较强的逻辑思维，能快速理解需求，能完成高质量技术文档撰写；具备良好的沟通表达能力，能独立完成项目技术答疑和汇报。
6．熟悉电力、能源、国企等行业信息化系统者优先；
岗位职责：
1．驻场收集了解业务需求、评估并完成整体技术方案制定与落地，与客户现场沟通并形成明确的研发工作具体计划；
2．与项目经理、产品经理紧密配合，对产品架构、系统功能、交互流程、外部接口等方案进行设计评审，确保研发方向符合业务目标；
3．参与程序代码构建并管理现场的开发团队，负责开发任务分配与进度把控；
4．指导和审核代码开发工作，解决技术难题，确保研发交付质量；
5．撰写或审核设计方案、部署方案、操作手册、运维方案等相关技术文档；
6．负责系统功能、性能及用户体验的持续优化工作；
7．参与技术汇报、用户培训、上线支持等工作。
