【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化或相关专业，具备半导体或电子制造行业背景,熟悉注塑工艺；
2、精通SPC、MSA、FMEA等五大核心工具，熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949质量管理体系；
3、三年以上制程质量管理经验，能独立主导8D报告撰写及复杂客诉处理；
4、熟练使用Minitab、JMP等数据分析软件，具备优秀的逻辑分析与问题解决能力；
5、英语读写流利，能适应快节奏工作环境，具备良好的跨部门沟通与抗压素质。
