高级PHP工程师
一、岗位职责
1、根据用户需求及公司战略方向，主导PHP后端服务的设计与开发，确保系统满足高性能、高可用性要求;
2、针对公司产品进行性能调优，包括但不限于代码优化、数据库查询优化、缓存策略制定等，提升用户体验和服务响应速度;
3、负责核心模块及复杂系统的开发工作，编写高质量、可维护性强的服务端逻辑及接口，保证数据处理的准确性和安全性;
4、与前后端开发人员紧密合作，完成产品的调试和上线工作，确保前后端无缝对接;
5、对现有系统进行持续维护和改进，及时解决运行中出现的问题，保障系统稳定可靠地运行;
6、参与后期IT系统的规划与建设，基于技术发展趋势提出创新性的功能改进建议，推动技术升级;
7、使用PHP语言开发高效的应用服务、平台及接口，并参与新技术的研究和引入。
二、任职条件
1、全日制学历本科及以上，3年及以上的PHP开发经验,有分布式微服务系统、业务系统等设计与开发经验;
2、精通Hyperf框架(Hyperf、Larval、ThinkPHP等),熟悉使用Docker开发环境优先；
3、熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库的使用和性能优化，熟悉基HTML5，CSS3，JavaScript，Vue，熟悉Vue3开发者优先；
4、熟悉Memcache/Redis、ElasticSearch、MVC/REST架构、模板引擎、中间件的原理与应用；
5、熟悉Linux操作系统、熟悉Shell、掌握LNMP开发；
6、拥有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低；
7、有流媒体处理、后端播控系统开发经验，有高并发、大数据量处理经验优先。
