一、岗位职责：
1.负责施工现场日常安全管理，落实安全生产制度，每天安全巡检，排查安全隐患并监督整改；
2.组织开展入场三级安全教育、日常培训及应急演练，监督特种作业人员持证上岗，组织设备进场验收；
3.完善各种安全资料（日周月检查资料、危大工程及危险作业管控、双控机制建设、编制应急救援预案、建立各项安全管理制度等安全资料）；
4.配合项目负责人完成安全检查、迎检及整改反馈工作；
5.参与项目安全风险评估，制定针对性防控措施，定期开展隐患排查治理，落实隐患整改，督促落实本单位重大危险源的安全管理措施。
6.制止和纠正现场违章指挥、强令冒险作业、违反操作规程的行为；
7.负责处理各种突发事件，采取应急措施，协助项目主要负责人参与事故调查和处理；
8.贯彻落实公司对安全管理相关工作要求。
二、任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，建筑工程、安全工程或相关专业优先；
2.5年以上建筑施工安全管理工作经验，有1-2个完整项目（房建/市政/路桥等类型）独立安全管理经验；
3. 熟悉《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《建筑施工安全检查标准》（JGJ59-2011）、《危险性较大的分部分项工程安全管理实施细则》、各类脚手架、起重机械、起重吊装、边坡基坑、临时用电、高处作业等行业常用规范文件，能独立开展安全教育培训及完善各项安全资料；
4.持有安全员C证（必备），注册安全工程师；
5.责任心强，沟通协调能力突出，能独立应对突发事件；
6.熟练使用Office/WPS等办公软件，具备基础CAD图纸识图能力；
7.能够适应公司各项管理制度，服从公司各项管理要求；
