岗位职责：
1. 负责公司关系数据库（Oracle、MySQL、Kingbase、OceanBase等）及大数据平台的智能运维工作，以数字化、可视化、自动化等手段不断提升数据库容量、问题预警及恢复能力，提高数据库系统的连续性；
2. 负责数据库及大数据运维管理规范、开发规范、备份及容灾能力、容量评估规范的持续完善；
3. 深入理解公司业务，持续对重要数据库进行优化以满足业务目标；
4. 跟进学习监管规范及公司制度，确保数据库及数据安全，确保数据合规使用；
5. 与数据治理岗协同进行数据架构规划。

任职要求：
1. 计算机、通信工程等相关专业本科或以上学历（985/211优先），3年以上数据库运维管理经验（有证券行业工作经验优先）；
2. 了解TDH或ClickHouse、doris等大数据或湖仓一体化平台选型/维护经验；
3. 熟练掌握Oracle、MySQL或Kingbase数据库中至少一类，及SQL性能优化方法，具备丰富的数据库优化经验；
4. 熟练掌握数据库SLO、SLI及监控实现方法，各类监控方法和监控指标；
5. 熟练掌握shell、python或Golang中的一种，具备vibe coding能力；
6. 具有相关关系型数据库高级资格证书优先。
