职责描述：
1.持续学习Java，熟悉Webservice、Restful服务开发标准、掌握jvm常见的参数调优；
2.参与公司后台JAVA项目开发，完成相关模块建设；
3.使用Java语言进行数据库开发或Linux下的应用服务的开发、部署及性能调试；
4.参与应用BUG排查、定位、修复、性能优化、完善调优、新功能版本迭代等研发部署与维护工作；
5.所负责项目的软件工程文档、架构设计、产品文档编写，满足质量要求；
参与测试并提交反馈与总结等。
任职要求：
1.全日制本科以及以上学历，计算机软件相关专业，3年以上JAVA项目开发经验；
2.熟悉Java，熟悉Webservice、Restful服务开发标准、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制，掌握jvm常见的参数；
3.熟悉springBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis等主流开发框架；
4.熟练掌握常用数据库系统（oracle、MySQL等）, 熟悉SQL操作，具有丰富的数据库设计和相关应用开发经验；
5.熟悉Linux下的应用服务器的部署及性能调试，如Tomcat、nginx等；
6.具有良好的自学能力和独立解决问题的能力，富于团队精神，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能主动推动项目达成目标；
7.具有良好规范的文档和代码编程习惯
8.心理素质强，能承受很强的工作压力。具有强烈的团队精神、责任心，主动性。
