岗位职责：
1. 对第三方算法团队的能力进行有效审核；
2. 有效解读和澄清客户需求，评价算法实现的技术难度、周期、成本；
3. 准确将客户需求转化为系统级软件方案，输出算法端的技术需求文档；
4. 根据产品需求，定义算法的算力、传感器、功耗等硬件需求；
5. 评估第三方算法开发人机时间的合理性，对报价进行评审；
6. 及时发现全开发流程中的交付、性能、知识产权、合规风险；
7. 对交付物进行静态审查和动态测试，输出整改要求和评估结论；
8. 模型部署、调参，产品端移植、集成、监控、维护、性能优化及降本；
9. 与硬件团队配合，DEMO方案的性能。

能力要求：
1. 硕士学历，五年以上工作经验，语音算法开发经验不少于2年；
2. 熟练使用C/C++编程，熟练使用Matlab / Python 等工具进行算法开发；
3. 有量产产品设计开发经验，对应用端需求和语音产品常见的功能、特性、逻辑、技术路径有充分的了解；
4. 有语音算法开发经验，熟悉常用的VAD、语音降噪、beamfoming、ANC等算法，以及常用的框架；
5. 熟悉常见的音频主控芯片和音频DSP，熟悉嵌入式开发，能够进行算法的移植和调优；
6. 熟悉算法的测试评估工具（软硬件），能够有效评价算法的优劣性，以及是否能够满足产品需求；
7. 良好的项目驱动能力，能够充分拉动内部或第三方算法团队进行相关算法的开发；
8. 有负责或参与0到1项目经历者优先。
