岗位职责：
1.深度理解大股东战略意图与经营目标，结合家族企业治理特点，独立输出组织架构优化、定岗定编、薪酬绩效改革、人才梯队建设、管理规范化等全套可落地改革方案，具备顶层设计与落地拆解能力。
2、面向公司内部股东，进行方案汇报、解读、答疑与说服，以数据、收益、风险、合规为核心沟通逻辑，平衡各方诉求，化解分歧与阻力，推动改革方案在股东层顺利通过。
3、负责改革全周期落地，制定实施计划、时间节点、管控标准，统筹跨部门协调，处理改革中的人员调整、利益冲突，确保改革不悬空、不走样、见成效。
4、维护股东、高管的良性工作关系，建立职业化沟通机制，打造公平、规范、高效的组织氛围。
5、搭建与完善人力全模块体系建设，提升人效，支撑公司经营目标实现。
任职要求：
1、统招二本及以上学历，人力资源管理或工商管理等相关专业；10年以上人力资源全盘管理经验。
2、有主导组织变革、薪酬绩效改革、管理升级的完整成功案例。
3、有多股东治理、股权制衡型企业工作经验，具备较强高层沟通说服能力。
4、有从0-1搭建人力体系、推动管理规范化经验。
工作时间：8：30-17：00，固定周日休。薪资可面议，公司提供住宿和中、晚餐，园区提供免费车位。公司园区门口是石洋湖，下班后可垂钓，风景好。
