Guanggu Software

As the core software industry base in Wuhan, Wuhan's "Optics Valley Software Park" possesses inherent advantages and fertile soil for service outsourcing. Leveraging this platform, Dalian Software Park Co., Ltd. (DLSP), a domestic professional software park investment and operation manager, cooperated with the Management Committee of East Lake New Technology Development Zone to jointly establish Wuhan Software Industry Base Co., Ltd., striving to build an industrial park of both scale and quality, attract multinational giants to gather in Wuhan, and make Wuhan a mainstay in driving the rapid development of China's software industry and even the global software industry!
The Dalian Software Park, invested and operated by DLSP, has developed into a domestic software park with international characteristics, integrating industry, academia, and research, and a large-scale service outsourcing industrial base. It has been successively recognized by the state as a "National Torch Plan Software Industry Base," "National Software Industry Base," "National Software Export Base," and one of the first "National Service Outsourcing Bases."
In 2006, following the trend of a new round of global industrial restructuring, the state launched the "Hundreds, Thousands, and Tens of Thousands Project" to promote the development of the service outsourcing industry. Seizing the great opportunity of the state's vigorous development of the service outsourcing industry, DLSP came to Wuhan, investing its eight years of accumulated full-cycle operational experience in software park development, investment attraction, and services, as well as global customer resources, into Wuhan Optics Valley Software Park Co., Ltd.
