岗位职责：
1.独立负责CDU流体换热供液设备控制系统的选型、编程、组态与HMI界面开发，确保系统实现启停、参数调节、联锁保护等完整功能，保障控制器与现场仪表、上位机的数据交互稳定。
2.主导现场设备调试与优化，独立完成传感器、执行器的校准与调试，解决控制过程中的响应滞后、超调等问题，通过数据分析优化控制参数，将流量控制偏差等指标控制在要求范围内。
3.负责编制控制方案设计说明书、PLC程序手册、调试报告等完整工程文档，满足项目交付与后期运维需求。
4.开展设备故障诊断工作，快速定位控制系统与流体设备的常见故障（传感器漂移、泵体气蚀等），制定并实施解决方案。
5.跨部门协作，与系统工程师确认方案，与机械工程师协同优化设备结构，为生产运维人员提供操作培训与技术支持。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电气工程、机械与自动化等相关专业。
2.具备3年以上技术设计或工艺工程经验，有冷源设备行业经验者优先。
3.精通PID控制、串级控制等经典控制理论，能独立设计流体高精度输送、配比、恒温恒压需求的控制策略优先。
4.了解流体力学基础，能根据管径、流体介质设计针对性的流量/压力控制方案，具备核心部件的选型辅助能力与基础故障诊断逻辑（如高精度泵、阀、流量计等核心设备）。
5.熟练运用PLC系统进行编程，能独立完成简单安全联锁逻辑的设计。
6.能独立完成主流PLC系统的选型、编程与HMI界面开发。
7.精通CAD、EPLAN制图软件的使用，熟悉各种电气元件的应用以及控制柜的制作方法和相关行业规范。
8.具备独立现场调试能力，可精准完成传感器、执行器的校准与定位调试，能解决控制过程中的响应滞后、超调等常见问题；能通过分析运行数据（流量波动），优化PID参数或改进控制算法，对流量偏差进行高精度控制。
9.能独立编制控制方案设计说明书、PLC程序手册、调试报告等完整工程文档，满足项目交付与运维需求。
