主要工作职责
学业辅导：02负责初一的语文、数学、英语三门主科的课后辅导、作业答疑、考前复习及知识薄弱点攻坚。
教学计划：02根据学生的学习情况和进度，制定个性化、系统化的教学计划和方案，并定期向家长汇报教学成果。
习惯培养：02指导学生掌握科学的学习方法，培养其良好的时间管理、预习复习及自主学习习惯。
进度跟踪：02跟踪记录学生的学习情况，定期进行学业评估与测试，并灵活调整教学策略。
沟通反馈：02保持与家长的密切、良好沟通，及时反馈学生的学习状态和进步情况。
任职资格要求
学历专业：02统招本科及以上学历，师范类、教育学或相关学科专业背景优先。
