Role Summary
1. The Head of Quality Safety is directly responsible to the Accountable Manager fdefining managing a quality system, including Safety Management System (SMS) in conformance with airworthiness authorities, OEM, customers industry practices, ensuring high quality of works in the Company to meet the specifications recommendations of customers, OEM airworthiness authorities.
2. Plan implement a comprehensive annual internal audit program to prepare the company fthe heavy external audits from authorities such as CAAC/FAA/EASA, OEMs like GE, global customers.
3. Collaborate with the security department to conduct risk assessments, monitthe measurement management of tools equipment, the inspection of aviation materials, etc. Identify correct quality issues to ensure that maintenance activities are always in compliance.
4. Establish a maintenance error/quality issue/safety issue reporting management process that encourages personnel to report fix errors, feed these back the continuation training program.
5. Establish a corrective action process ffindings, discrepancies, hazards identified during internal, external, 3rd party audits/surveys, including follow-up closure of any non-conformance.
6. As the quality interface fcommunication with the authorities, be responsible freporting airworthiness information in a timely manner as required by the authorities, coordinating audits, ensuring the continuous validity of the companys maintenance qualifications certificates.
7. The Head of Quality Safety is also responsible festablishing implementing a managing system of Environment, Health Safety (EHS) in the Company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws regulations, meeting the requirements expectations from ST Engineering.
8. The Head of Quality Safety is the focal contact with Airworthiness Authorities local government departments of Environment, Health Safety (EHS).
9. Maintaining the Company’s Approval System issuance of approval certificates to personnel to perform maintenance work in the company.
10. Managing the training system of the company that includes apprentice workshop engineer training, upgrading courses fall levels of staff, the co-ordination of technical training courses.
11. The Head of Quality Safety is responsible festablishing developing a team of professional staff with properganizational structure ensuring the competency the capability of the team to grow with the Company development.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree above in science engineering.
2. CCAR-66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License (Category TA)
3. Minimum 20 years of experience in aviation MRO industry, including
a. At least 10 years in quality roles.
b. At least 10 years in management roles (team manager above).
c. At least 5 years in Engine MRO.
d. At least 5 years as authorized internal audit(e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100 etc.)
4. In-depth knowledge of CCAR-145, FAR-145 EASA Part-145 other applicable regulations,ders, advisory circulars, guides working procedures required by airworthiness authorities.
5. Can read, write speak Mandarin English fluently.
