岗位主要负责内容：
1. 负责证券行情、交易系统及衍生功能的开发。
2. 负责已有系统的功能迭代，性能优化，可用性保障等；
3. 参与建设和改善开发测试发布流程；

【任职要求】
1. 5年及以上工作经验，具有扎实的编程功底，良好的编程习惯和编码风格，拥有从业务代码到底层架构的完整编码经验。
2. 3年以上C++或GO开发经验，具有高性能、高并发系统的开发能力。Go方面，除了掌握Go运行时及标准库外，能熟练排查各类性能问题（内存泄漏，DataRace等）, 掌握CGO机制。C++方面，熟练掌握C++11规范下的编程范式，熟练使用perf,ASAN等工具定位内存泄漏、线程安全等问题。
3. 熟练掌握MySQL，redis，ClickHouse等各类数据库中间件。
4. 分布式、微服务架构的全生命周期开发、管理能力。
