岗位职责：
1 负责计算机视觉领域算法实现，包括但不限于人脸识别、人脸属性识别、目标检测、目标分类、目标属性识别、图像分割、图像解说、目标跟踪、视频分割、视频语义提取、路标路牌识别等技术领域，并完成算法精度、性能调优；
2、负责算法模块需求分析、软件设计、代码开发、问题定位等工作；
3、负责视觉上核心技术的攻坚，解决项目中视觉技术难点；
4、完成领导安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、机器视觉、大数据等相关专业，3年以上视觉AI算法和应用的开发经验；
2、熟练掌握C/C++、python，熟悉常用算法和数据结构、多线程编程等；
3、具有扎实的机器学习和深度学习基础，对深度学习有较为深入的理解，熟悉常用机器学习算法及常见的CNN网络、RNN/LSTM网络、目标检测框架和语义分割模型等。熟悉Caffe,Tensorflow,Pytorch,Mxnet等至少一个主流AI开源框架；具备快速学习新技术的能力，能够在较短时间内理解前沿论文并实现；
4、熟悉常见CV领域目标检测、目标分类、语义分割等模型，有模型开发，模型压缩者优先；
5、有阅读开源代码、图像处理/GPU算法(CUDA)优化、OpenCV等使用经验者优先；
6、有ARM平台的算法移植和优化经验者优先；
7、工作踏实、有责任心，抗压能力强，能够与项目相关人员进行有效的沟通。
