· 优化高并发、实时场景下的系统性能（例如转写、证据处理、实时庭审管理）
· 与产品经理及法律专家协作，将司法工作流程转化为技术解决方案
· 确保系统符合数据安全、可审计性和日志记录等与司法标准一致的要求
任职资格
· 计算机科学、软件工程或相关领域本科及以上学历
· 3–4 年 Java 后端开发经验
· 扎实的 Java、JVM、多线程和分布式系统设计基础
· 熟练掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 及微服务架构
· 熟悉关系型数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL）以及缓存/消息队列系统（Redis、Kafka、RabbitMQ）
· 熟悉容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes）及 DevOps 实践
· 有云计算相关经验者优先
· 有政府或司法系统开发背景者优先
· 具备较强的数据安全、合规和数据治理意识
语言与沟通
· 拥有良好的沟通能力与问题解决能力，具备责任感与主人翁意识
· 持有 PMP 或 ACP 证书者优先
