1、采购模式的流程及规则制定
负责招投标、竞价、询比价等现有采购模式的业务流程优化及管控规则制定；
2、采购策划方案的辅导
辅导采购工程师相关招投标、竞价策划方案的编制，确保采购方案的竞争充分性；
积极推动采购模式创新变革，勇于尝试新的采购模式，落实采购成本控制及采购效率的提升；
3、品类货源清单的优化
统筹推动品类货源清单的梳理优化，保证货源清单的供应对口性、规模匹配性、参与积极性、成本竞争性；
4、供应商管理
完善供应商准入、绩效考核的管理机制与流程；
统筹供应商的绩效考核及考核结果的应用；
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历，供应链相关专业优先
2、8年以上的采购经验，具备采购体系化能力，个人洞察能力及解决方案能力强
3、统筹推动能力，逻辑性、沟通表达能力强
4、能接受海外出差累计3个月/年
