岗位要求：
1、负责系统后端核心模块的设计、开发与持续优化，包括作业任务编排与智能调度、异构平台/设备标准化适配层（支持AGV/AMR、巡检机器人等多厂商本体及第三方平台接入）、统一设备通信网关（集成MQTT、Modbus 等协议）、机器人状态管理、指令下发与执行反馈闭环、检测项点管理等；
2、主导数据库建模、接口定义及技术选型，保障系统性能与数据一致性；
3、参与系统整体架构设计，完成高并发、高可用、可扩展的微服务系统建设；
4、与前端团队紧密协作，高效完成接口联调、系统集成与问题排查。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，4 年以上Java 后端开发经验；
2、精通Java8+ 语言及JVM 原理，深入理解集合、并发编程、网络通信、反射等核心机制；
3、熟练掌握Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 微服务生态，深刻理解IOC、AOP、事务管理等机制；
4、具备扎实的数据库设计能力，熟练使用MySQL、Redis，有分库分表、索引优化、缓存策略等实战经验；
5、熟悉工业通信协议（MQTT/WebSocket/Modbus 等）或机器人标准协议（VDA5050/ROS2），能独立完成设备通信对接;熟悉消息队列（如Kafka/RabbitMQ）、服务注册发现、配置中心等中间件；熟悉容器化技术（Docker/Kubernetes），具备在Linux 环境下部署、调试和运维系统的实
操能力；熟练使用Git 进行团队协作开发，具备良好的代码规范与工程素养；
具备良好的沟通能力、责任心强，能主动推动技术方案落地并应对复杂业务挑战。
6、具有AGV/AMR 调度、物流自动化、工业机器人或智能巡检系统开发背景者；有前端开发经验者优先考虑。
