1、负责储能系统（BESS）、UPS场景下BMS整体设计开发，支持电池系统架构设计，设计高可靠性电池管理方案，满足7×24小时运行要求；
2、负责核心算法SOC/SOH/SOE开发与优化，优化充放电策略；
3、负责BMS与PCS/EMS/UPS集成联调，设计并实现通信接口；
4、设计电池系统保护策略，实现多级保护机制，满足高安全标准；
5、制定并执行测试方案，分析现场数据并持续优化；
6、支持储能电站及 UPS 项目交付与调试，参与客户现场问题分析与解决，编写技术文档。

任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，电气/自动化/电力电子相关专业；
2、5年以上BMS/储能/UPS软件开发经验，熟悉锂电池（LFP 优先）及储能应用；
3、核心技术能力：BMS专业能力；储能系统经验； UPS系统经验；熟练掌握CAN/RS485/Modbus、有EMS/SCADA/云平台接入经验优先；熟悉 C/C++ 嵌入式开发、熟悉 RTOS（如 FreeRTOS）优先；
4、具有较强的工作责任心、工作认真细致、良好的团队协作能力。
