岗位职责
1. 负责WMS仓储管理系统的后端开发、功能迭代、bug修复及项目现场实施落地，参与项目从需求调研、方案设计、开发测试到上线交付的全流程工作。
2. 负责WMS系统与客户ERP、MES等上下游业务系统的接口对接、数据联调、数据同步与接口优化，保证各系统数据互通、业务流程闭环、稳定运行。
3. 直接对接客户，进行业务需求沟通、梳理、分析，整理输出需求规格说明书、接口文档、使用说明等相关技术文档，准确转化客户业务需求为开发落地方案。
4. 根据业务场景完成功能模块设计、代码开发、单元测试、功能自测，保证代码质量、系统稳定性和可维护性，规范项目开发流程与代码规范。
5. 负责项目上线后的系统调试、问题排查、功能优化及后期运维支持，及时响应客户使用过程中出现的各类系统问题，保障仓储业务正常运转。
6. 配合项目团队完成现场部署、调试、用户培训及验收工作，跟进项目进度，及时同步项目问题与进展，保障项目按时交付。
7. 持续优化系统性能、业务流程及接口逻辑，沉淀项目经验，提升系统运行效率和客户使用体验。
岗位要求
1. 计算机、软件工程等相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2. 具备3年及以上Java后端开发经验，熟练掌握SpringBoot核心框架，熟悉MySQL、SQL Server等主流数据库，熟练掌握常用SQL优化、数据查询、事务处理等技术。
3. 具备良好的业务理解能力、系统分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能够独立完成模块开发、问题排查与技术攻关。
4. 有WMS仓储系统、制造业信息化系统开发及实施经验者优先。
5. 具备良好的沟通表达能力和客户对接能力，工作认真负责、执行力强，能承受项目节奏压力。
6. 可适应项目短期出差，配合现场实施交付工作。
