岗位职责
1.后端开发:负责项目后端模块的功能设计、代码实现、单元测试与持续优化,保障系统稳定性与性能。
2.爬虫系统迭代:迭代完善现有爬虫框架,扩展并维护目标站点采集任务,优化解析逻辑、反爬应对策略与调度机制。
3.采集监测与运维:每日监测各站点爬取状态,针对高频阻断或失败率异常的目标进行问题定位与策略更新,保障数据链路稳定。
4.数据处理与入库:对采集结果进行初步去重、清洗,调用翻译与打标接口完成内容标准化;维护数据库,定期清理无效与冗余数据。
任职要求
1.计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历;熟悉常用数据结构与算法,熟悉 Linux 开发环境。
2.熟练使用 Python,具备脚本开发能力,熟练运用 Pandas、Numpy、regex 等库进行数据处理;掌握至少一种 Web 框架(Django、Flask 等)。
3.掌握至少一种关系型数据库(MySQL、PostgreSQL 等)的基本操作与优化;熟悉 AI Agent 概念及相关应用开发。
4.沟通顺畅、逻辑清晰,具备团队协作精神,能主动推动项目进展,适应快节奏工作,有耐心与责任心。
