3. 熟悉DC/AC、DC/DC等常见电力电子拓扑，掌握PWM变流器硬件与控制原理，具备主回路参数计算与功率器件（如IGBT）选型能力；
4. 精通C语言编程，具有C2000系列DSP/MCU软件开发经验，能实现数字控制算法，熟练运用Matlab等进行系统仿真与验证
