岗位要求：
1.具备2年以上NLP/深度学习/大语言模型/多模态大模型相关经验，至少有1年以上LLM产品化或工程化落地经验。
2.精通 PyTorch等深度学习框架，熟悉Transformer结构(如GPT、BERT、T5、LLaMA等)模型设计与调优。
3.熟练掌握数据清洗、标注、知识图谱构建等数据、多模态向量化检索等处理技术，熟悉主流RAG方案及实现方法能独立完成RAG系统搭建与优化。
4.熟悉向量数据库的使用例如milvus、faiss、chromdb等
5.熟悉ocr识别、图像分类模型、目标检测模型如yolo模型的训练等
6.精通 Python语言，具备良好的软件工程习惯(模块化、可维护、测试覆盖)，熟悉API设计、服务化部署。
7.熟练使用 GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Windsurf 或 MarsCode 等至少一种主流 AI 编程助手，并能将其深度融入日常开发工作流；具备优秀的 Prompt Engineering（技术向）能力，能够通过精准描述复杂业务逻辑，引导 AI 生成高质量的代码片段或重构建议。
8.熟悉linux 环境，具备Docker部署能力。
9.熟悉NVIDIA/华为昇腾/海光等显卡驱动环境安装以及Pytorch等深度学习框架环境安装适配。
岗位职责：
1.按需求、DEMO及设计文档，及时完成组长分配的NLP/大语言模型/多模态模型开发、调优与工程化任务，确保交付质量与进度。
2.负责AI系统的安装部署、实施、联调及现场问题响应，对自己跟进的项目全面负责，及时解决现场反馈的问题。
3.能够利用 AI 辅助工具快速构建业务原型（DEMO），并负责对 AI 生成的代码进行严格的人工审核、调试与安全性校验；
4.积极探索和分享 AI 编程的新工具、新技巧，协助团队优化开发流程，持续提升编码效能和系统稳定性。
5.遵循良好的软件工程习惯（模块化、可维护、测试覆盖），精通Python API设计及服务化部署，熟练使用Linux与Docker容器化技术，保障系统的可扩展性与部署一致性。
