岗位职责：
1. 组织学习安全生产法律、法规、标准及有关文件，拟订公司安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案。
2. 组织或者参与公司安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况。
3. 落实安全风险辨识、管控和报告工作，督促落实公司重大危险源的安全管理措施、安全生产隐患整改措施。
4. 检查公司的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。
5. 组织安全生产日常检查，岗位检查和专业性检查，并参与安全生产全面检查。
6. 负责厂区特殊作业的管理。
7. 制止和纠正违章指挥，强令冒险作业，违反操作型规程的行为。
8. 督促各部门、各岗位履行安全生产职责，并负责考核，兑现奖惩。
9. 维护公司安全标准化体系正常运行，确保其适应性和有效性。
10. 组织或者参与公司应急救援演练，参与事故的应急救援和调查处理。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，化工或者安全相关专业，拥有从事化工生产相关工作5年以上经历，持有化工安全或环保相关资格证书。
2、熟悉化工企业安全生产，环境保护，消防管理，有化工安全生产管理或相关工作。
3、较强的沟通、协调、抗压能力和文字资料处理能力。
4、爱岗敬业，责任心强，良好的判断能力和危机管理能力。
