1、（客户）现场技术支持及推广，了解市场动向，收集新产品信息，对营销人员进行产品知识的定期培训。
2、协助业务针对二极管、三极管、MOS、IC等替代咨询及样品测试验证。
3、客诉处理，出具客诉分析报告，同时做好跟踪记录。
4、完成公司领导交办的其它任务。

二、岗位要求：
1、本科以上学历，电子类相关专业；
2、3年以上电子半导体行业FAE应用工程师工作经验及客诉处理经验，熟悉功率器件封装工艺，了解质量体系；
3、语言表达能力强，善于与人沟通，领悟力强，富有团队合作精神，
4、英语四级优先。

三、薪酬福利：
1、综合薪资：10000-18000，可面议；
2、提供食宿等。
