1、核心财务统筹管理：统筹天猫、京东、拼多多、抖音等主流电商平台全链路财务工作，涵盖账务处理、成本核算、多维度利润分析、资金动态管控及合规税务筹划，确保财务数据真实精准、合规完整，严格契合国家会计准则与电商行业监管要求；
2、全流程财务核算与业财支撑：主导电商平台订单、回款、退款、手续费、推广费用（直通车、钻展、直播投放等）的全流程核算，按平台、店铺等维度精准归集营收、成本及费用，定期输出多维度财务分析报告，为业务策略调整、品类优化、资源投放提供数据决策依据；
3、流程优化与团队管理：牵头优化电商财务管理制度与核算流程，规范发票管理、平台对账、库存核对等核心环节，提升财务运转效率；负责下属会计的日常工作指导、专业技能培训与绩效考核，搭建高效协作的专业化财务团队；
4、税务合规与筹划：协助完成电商板块税务合规管理，结合电商行业特性开展针对性税务筹划，在合法合规前提下规避税务风险，降低整体税务成本；
5、跨部门协同与数据闭环：对接电商平台财务接口，完成月度/季度对账与结算工作，精准核对回款、手续费、保证金等款项，及时处理对账差异，保障资金安全；协同供应链管理部、销售部门完成库存数据、发货数据的双向核对，确保账实一致，搭建业财数据闭环。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计、税务等相关专业，持有中级会计师及以上职称优先；
2、熟悉国家会计准则、电商行业财税法规，熟悉天猫、京东、抖音等主流电商平台的结算规则、账务逻辑与税务特性；
3、5年以上快消品/电商行业财务工作经验，3年以上同岗位或电商财务团队管理经验，有头部电商平台或大型电商品牌财务统筹经验优先；
4、具备较强的业财融合思维，能够通过财务数据挖掘业务问题，输出可落地的分析建议；
5、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效对接销售、IT、共享等团队，推动业财数据协同。
