职位描述

1、负责公司信审、反欺诈等系统核心模块的详细设计、代码编写以及后续的技术演进。

2、与产品经理配合，参与产品需求的讨论和设计，对任务进行分解，协同团队成员保质保量完成工作任务。

3、能够快速定位问题，思路清晰，主导技术难题攻关，解决各类潜在系统技术风险，保证系统的安全、稳定、快速运行。

4、指导中低级工程师的研发工作。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历（学信网可查），计算机相关专业；

2、具有5年以上的JAVA开发经验，基础知识扎实，熟练掌握常用的Java技术框架，能编写高质量简洁清晰的代码；

3、熟练使用Spring,SpringMVC,Myabtis,SpringBoot,SpringCloud等主流开源框架，对框架核心有深入的了解；

4、熟练Mysql应用场景，能够根据业务特点对表进行设计和优化, 熟练使用各种中间件，包括但不限于Redis,RabitMQ；

5、具有分布式架构的实战经验，具备性能问题分析与调优经验，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力；

6、具有较好的工作沟通能力，能够协调所需资源解决工作中的问题；责任心强，开朗自信；工作踏实认真，求知欲望强；

7、具有金融行业相关项目经验者优先，有前端开发经验者优先。
