一、岗位描述
1、非生产物料（MRO / 间接物料）全品类采购，工具 / 量具 / 办公 / 维修备件 / IT / 劳保 / 厂房设施等；
2、供方开发与维护，建合格供方名录，组织资质评审，跟踪供方绩效（Q/C/D/S），推进年度评估；
3、询比价、商务谈判、年度价格协议落地，完成年度降本目标；
4、起草采购合同 / 框架协议，办理订单 / 付款 / 发票流程，跟踪交付与到货异常；
5、处理质量反馈，组织退换货、不合格品处置，跟进供方整改闭环；
6、SRM/ERP 主数据维护、合同台账管理，编制采购月报 / 季度报表，配合合规审计。
二、任职资格
1、大学本科或以上学历，电子或者机械类工科教育背景；
2、3 年以上非生产物料采购经验（制造业 MRO 经验优先）；
3、熟练 SRM/ERP/Office（Excel 必熟练），熟悉采购全流程、合同法规；
4、成本意识强、谈判能力佳、跨部门沟通、抗压、廉洁自律。
