1. 承接计划部门的整机PR需求，监控组装厂的产能，二级供应商物料的齐套，及时解决交付过程中的各类问题，并完成整机类采购工作
2. 分组装厂和二级供应商的实际供应能力，结合采购需求特点，制定采购计划，管理订单执行过程，确保供应可持续性及安全性；对整机交付过程中出现的问题，及时拉通相关供应商和内部团队，并高效解决问题
3. 识别到交付业务过程中的痛点，从流程/规则、系统工具层面提出有效的解决对策，并能落地，提高整体的交付业务水平；
4. 基于部门交付中长期目标，能够识别到中长期的交付专项，设计并制定专项计划和目标，监控执行落地，提高整体的交付管
理能力。
5.及时完成整机采购对账，并完成付款流程
任职要求：
1. 公办全日制本科及以上学历，有5年以上采购交付工作经验，
2. 熟悉从需求到付款全业务流，熟悉生产类需求计划、生产计划和采购计划逻辑，有计划类相关工作经验者优先；
3. 具备较强的流程思维和意识，有流程设计和搭建、系统工具设计相关的经验者优先；
4. 具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，具备优秀的跨组沟通协作能力，抗压能力强
5.积极主动，具备强烈的责任心
6.有项目管理类经验者优先
