Fujian Liujian Group is among the top 100 enterprise groups in Fujian Province and one of the top 20 general contracting construction enterprises in Fujian Province. The group company was founded in 1950. It is a private enterprise established after Fusheng Group, in December 2006, fully acquired the state-owned property rights of the original Fujian Liujian Construction Engineering Group Company and restructured it. The company holds the special grade qualification for general contracting of building engineering construction, first-grade qualification for general contracting of municipal public works, first-grade qualifications for professional contracting of building electromechanical installation, foundation and foundation, building decoration, steel structure, and building curtain wall, Class A qualification for building design industry, Class A professional qualification for building curtain wall, and foreign cooperation operation qualification approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
