1. 负责 AI 应用的全生命周期设计、开发与部署，基于 Java 技术栈实现模型服务封装、推理接口开发及业务流程落地
2. 参与 AI 产品需求分析，将业务场景转化为可落地的技术方案，并统筹外部合作方的技术对接与协同
3. 负责系统全链路运维保障，包括软硬件环境维护、线上问题快速定位与闭环，保障 AI 服务的高可用
4. 联动业务与产品团队，推动 AI 技术在业务场景中的规模化落地与迭代优化
5. 跟踪 AI 技术前沿动态，探索并引入创新技术方案，支撑业务持续升级

任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、数学或相关理工科专业优先；民航相关专业背景加分。
2、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息工程、民航等相关专业背景。
3、熟练掌握 Java 编程语言，具备扎实的代码实现能力与工程化理论基础；熟悉 Spring Boot/Cloud/AI、MyBatis 等主流框架，精通分布式系统与微服务架构设计。
4、熟练掌握 Linux 操作系统，具备日常运维与问题排查能力。
5、熟悉主流深度学习框架（如 Deeplearning4j、PyTorch），了解 Transformer 架构，具备模型训练、微调、蒸馏及部署经验。
6、掌握大模型技术原理与开源实现，熟悉 RAG 系统的构建、优化与工程化落地。
7、具备前后端分离开发经验，熟悉微服务架构下的服务治理与集成方案。
8、具备 AI 原生应用开发实战经验（java实现），有 RAG、智能 Agent 等相关项目落地经验优先。
9、主导或参与过 RAG 系统的完整部署与迭代流程者优先。
