任职要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，211/985院校，计算机相关专业优先，1-3年工作经验
2.熟悉 React 开发，具备完整的中大型前端项目开发经验。
3.熟练掌握 React 主流全栈开发框架的使用、优化、升级与部署，能够独立处理工程化问题。
4.具备扎实的 JavaScript / TypeScript 基础，理解组件化、状态管理、路由、请求管理与前端工程化体系。
5.有较强的问题定位与解决能力，能够在需求不完全明确的情况下快速推进工作。
6.具备良好的代码质量意识，关注可读性、可维护性、测试意识与团队协作。
7.有 React 相关全栈框架的实际生产项目经验。
8.有 Go 后端开发经验，能够独立完成接口、服务或中间层开发。
9.有 Java 后端经验，并能在既有 Java 项目中开展维护与迭代。
10.有性能优化、SEO、SSR、缓存、监控告警、容器化部署或 CI/CD 实践经验。
11.熟悉人工智能编程工具、代码助手、设计生成工具、自动化代理工作流等现代研发方式。
12.有从0到1搭建项目、推动产品快速验证或持续迭代的经验。
