Founded in 1998, it is a large-scale oil refining enterprise, mainly producing various types of fuel oil. It has multiple process units including atmospheric and vacuum distillation, visbreaking, cracking, refining, and tail gas desulfurization and recovery, with an annual production capacity of over one million tons. It is also equipped with a 140,000 cubic meter tank farm and a 3,000-ton oil terminal. The company's fixed asset investment is nearly 400 million yuan, covering an area of 100,000 square meters, with annual sales of 2.5 billion yuan and more than 400 employees.
The company's refining base is located at the Pearl River estuary, navigable for 5,000-ton ocean-going vessels, and the inland waterway connects to important fuel oil markets in the Pearl River Delta such as Zhongshan, Dongguan, Shunde, and Foshan.
