岗位职责：
1.全流程项目管理：负责SPD项目从启动、规划、实施到验收的全生命周期管理，确保项目在预算内按时、按质完成；
2.内外部协调沟通：作为项目核心接口人，高效协调公司内部（销售、技术、运营团队）与医院各科室（如器械科、临床科室、库房、财务等），确保信息畅通、协作顺畅；
3.业务流程优化与落地：深入分析医院现有耗材管理流程，主导设计并推动SPD新流程（如库存管理、定数包、配送、结算等）的落地与持续优化；
4.系统实施与培训：主导或配合SPD信息系统在医院的上线、测试和调试工作，并组织对医院医护人员及公司运营团队进行系统操作和流程培训；
5.团队管理与绩效评估：管理驻点运营团队，明确工作职责，监督服务质量，并对项目运营数据（如库存周转率、盘点准确率等）进行分析，确保项目达成预期目标。

任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，物流管理、供应链管理、生物医学工程、医学、药学、医院管理、信息管理等相关专业；
2.具备2年以上SPD项目实施或运营管理经验；具备团队管理或项目管理经验，能够领导管理项目团队；
3.熟悉SPD相关流程和信息系统；熟悉仓储管理、库存控制、物流配送等专业知识；熟悉医疗器械、高值耗材、低值耗材的特性、法规及管理要求；
4.较强的沟通协调能力、应变能力、学习能力；团队合作精神和主动推动问题解决；
5.熟练掌握办公软件，熟练操作信息系统，具备良好的数据分析和处理能力；
6.能适应多个不同项目间往返出差。
