2、从0到1搭建与优化客户端基础框架，确保其稳定性、可扩展性和高性能。
3、与产品、设计及后端团队紧密协作，确保功能高质量上线。
4、持续优化App的性能、稳定性及兼容性，提升国内外用户的产品体验。
5、编写高质量、可维护的代码和相关技术文档。
6、团队及业务需要配合的其它工作。

任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3 年及以上 Android 研发经验，至少 1 个 App 的架构设计/重构主导经验。
2. 精通 Kotlin 协程 + Flow，熟悉 Java 内存模型；熟悉AOSP 框架层（AMS、WMS、View 绘制、Binder、SurfaceFlinger）源码，可快速定位系统级问题。
3. 熟悉大前端跨平台技术栈（Flutter、RN、KMM）及混合栈通信机制，能根据业务阶段做技术选型。
4. 熟悉移动安全攻防（混淆、加壳、反调试、证书校验、Root 检测）、GDPR/PCI-DSS/中国个人信息保护法合规实践。
5. 熟悉CI/CD 全流程（GitLab CI、Fastlane、Gradle Plugin、SonarQube、Firebase App Distribution），可独立搭建自动化打包/灰度/监控体系。
6. 具备AI 场景落地经验或房地产/交易类业务经验者优先。
7. 优秀的跨团队沟通与资源整合能力；英语读写良好，可使用英语与海外团队协作。
