1. Early-Stage Peptide Synthesis & Scale-Up:
o Lead synthesis/purification of complex peptides (>50 aa, cyclic, multi-disulfide, non-natural amino acids) fhit-to-lead optimization.
o Develop scalable processes (SPPS/LPPS) from mg to 100g scale with focus on speed, purity, cost-efficiency.
o Troubleshoot challenging sequences (e.g., hydrophobic peptides, aggregation-prone motifs).
2. Technology & Platform Innovation:
o Spearhead R&D initiatives fnovel peptide modalities:
84 Antibody-peptide conjugates (APC)
84 Peptide nucleic acids (PNA)
84 Stapled peptides, cell-penetrating peptides (CPP), other advanced scaffolds.
o Evaluate implement cutting-edge tools (e.g., flow chemistry, AI-assisted design, automated purification).
3. Client Project Leadership:
o Serve as primary scientific contact fclients: design synthetic routes, advise on feasibility, deliver data-rich reports.
o Manage timelines ffast-turnaround discovery projects (e.g., 100s of analogs fSAR).
o Meet exceed client’s expectation
4. Operational Excellence:
o Optimize lab workflows fhigh-throughput synthesis purification (HPLC/UPLC).
o Oversee analytical characterization (LC-MS, HPLC) ensure data integrity.
5. Team Development & Strategy:
o Mentchemists in advanced peptide synthesis techniques.
o Collaborate with leader BDs together to develop business opportunities.
o Identify new service opportunities deliver more materials fbusiness development (e.g., PNA synthesis, bioconjugation).
任职资格:
61 PhD inganic/Peptide Chemistry + 4+ years (MS + 7+ years) in peptide synthesis (CRO/biotech preferred).
61 Expertise in synthesizing complex peptides (e.g., long sequences, multi-cyclic peptide synthesis).
61 Proven peptide scale-up experience.
61 Passion finnovation (e.g., publications/patents in novel peptide chemistries).
61 With richganic synthesis experience.
61 Fluent English (written spoken) ftechnical client communications, report drafting, scientific literature synthesis.
