岗位职责：
1. 领导中国区的EHS相关工作，指导各site的EHS经理，并提供必要的技术支持和资源；
2. 组织制定集团EHS制度和流程，确保中国区各site的安全管理标准化，推动各个各个研发中心和生产工厂构建符合自身发展规律的EHS管理体系；
3. 领导、支持并督促中国区各个研发中心和生产工厂完成隐患识别、隐患整改工作，加强对重大风险的控制，从而降低高风险事故发生的概率；
4. 支持集团在中国新建项目的EHS工作，督促项目组EHS人员做好项目移交前的有关EHS许可文件的申领，及施工现场的安全管理工作；
5. 通过EHS合规工作的实施(如构建EHS合规数据库)，组织领导中国区的有关内、外审工作，不断提升各个site的EHS合规水平；
6. 逐步推动符合各个研发中心和生产工厂的安全文化建设，建立site安全委员会制度，逐步提高各层级人员对EHS的参与度；
7. 调查中国区各个研发中心和生产工厂的事故，审阅事故报告，组织领导重大事故的调查处置，并督促有关纠错措施的实施；
8. 督促中国区各个研发中心和生产工厂完成法规要求的EHS应急演练，并给与必要的技术支持；
9. 领导、支持并督促中国区各个研发中心和生产工厂按照有关程序的职责分工，完成消防安全管理，和特种设备安全管理工作；
10. 和EHS有关的政府部门保持沟通，接待相关的政府人员来访或者检查；
11. 领导中国区EHS团队的梯队建设，增加团队的凝聚力，并通过轮岗、提供内外部培训等措施，提高整个团队的技术水平。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，环境、安全、化工或生物制药相关专业；
2. 超过10年的EHS工作经验，有CRO，CDMO工作经验优先；
3. 超过5年的团队管理经验，下属人数不少于20人；
4. 熟悉小分子药物研发环节和生产环节所涉及的EHS相关工作；
5. 熟悉生产安全、环保安全、职业健康等国家法律法规、行业规范操作及相关报告检测标准，熟悉EHS体系操作及信息资料填报；
6. 具有与环保、安监、消防等政府部门沟通及维持良好关系经验；
7. 具有优秀沟通协调能力，及团队管理能力；
8. 具有良好的英语、计算机操作能力；
9. 持有国家EHS有关证书者优先。
