（4）精通 jsp，JavaScript，Ajax等各种前台技术
（5）熟悉J2EE主流技术，精通Java开源技术框架和常用类库，了解框架或类库的设计思想，熟悉常用协议（HTTP协议、TCP协议）、安全机制（SSL、TSL），可以按需求自主设计
（6）熟练掌握 MySQL、ORACLE至少其中一种数据库，熟悉数据库优化原理，有数据库设计和调优经验
（7）具备一定的应用系统性能优化和故障诊断能力
（8）责任心强，思维严谨，学习能力强，具有良好的计划、沟通、协作和抗压能力
（9）熟悉银行账户管理相关业务，且具备人民银行全国统一集中账户管理系统对接开发经验优先
