岗位职责：
1、根据项目要求进行需求分析，参与产品需求分析和功能设计，制定硬件设计方案；
2、编写硬件开发、测试方案，与结构工程师，驱动工程师，软件工程师协作完成开发任务；
3、根据项目进度进行硬件电路设计与元器件选型；
4、根据需求进行产品迭代升级；
5、编写技术文档和用户手册，并进行培训和指导
6、协助产品市场推广工作；
7、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、熟悉控制理论、控制工程和自动化仪表的工作原理和应用；
2、熟悉常用工业通讯协议，如Modbus、Profinet等；
3、熟悉至少一种电路设计软件，能够独立完成电路原理图设计、PCB设计；
4、具备电子工程师专业知识，例如数字电路、模拟电路、嵌入式程序设计；
5、具有MCU底层驱动开发能力，熟悉MCU的外设端口以及驱动程序的编写；
6、具备电力电子技术，电机理论与电机控制及其应用的相关知识及技能；
7、精通C语言，熟悉硬件底层软件开发。
其他要求：
1、具备团队合作精神，具有强烈的责任感；
2、热爱研发，对嵌入式开发有浓厚兴趣；
3、具有PLC/DCS，工控机主板、功能板卡、整机硬件开发经验者优先；
4、具有国产工控机硬件设计经验者优先；
