4、熟练掌握Spring Boot、Mybatis开源框架；

5、熟悉SpringCloud、Dubbo等微服务解决方案；

6、能够接受短期出差；

7、有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识；有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力;

8、有较强的逻辑思维能力，对技术有强烈的兴趣，具有良好的学习能力；

9、有良好的沟通能力和代码编写规范习惯；具有良好的团队合作能力；
